realising my true passion
I left the military strong on paper — but battered underneath. Years of hard graft left me with busted knees, tight shoulders, and the kind of stiffness that meant I couldn’t sit cross-legged or touch my toes. I thought I was strong — until I realised I wasn’t moving well, just muscling through.
Turning that around became the real mission. Rebuilding my body, regaining mobility, and learning what true strength actually means — the kind that lasts. I’m still on that path, and it’s what led me here: helping others steer their own ship.
